Registration Fees

General Attendee

Early Bird: $395 (until December 31, 2025)

Regular Registration: $425 (January 1 – 31, 2026)*

*one author must be registered for the conference by January 31 to be included in the schedule and proceedings*

Late Registration: $455 (After February 1)

UNM Faculty: $150

Non-Presenter Participant: $200

Student Registration: $50

Refund Policy: Full refunds (less processing fees) will be honored up to January 31. 50% refund will be granted up until February 14.
