SUBMISSION

Abstract submissions were blind peer reviewed. Accepted abstracts are invited to submit a paper, following the requirements below:

Long (Full) paper:
4000-5000 word paper + works cited (Maximum of 8 colors images)
Presentation 15 minutes

Short (Project) Paper:
1000-2000 word paper  + works cited (Maximum of 15 color images)
Presentation 5 minutes

Paper Submission

Writing submissions should be uploaded using the same credentials / link provided in your acceptance email.

Preliminary writing is due January 31.

Final, revised papers will be due four weeks after the conference (March 30). This version should incorporate feedback received during the session as well as any necessary revisions or edits and will be submitted to the same link as previous writing submissions.

Presentation files are due February 20.

Files should be formatted as PowerPoint or PDF. Please include your First and Last name in the file name.

Full paper presentations: 15 minutes total (approximately 10–15 slides)

Project presentations: 5 minutes total, conceived as a lightning talk (concise/focused)
